Refund Policy – Astro Advice India

At Astro Advice India, we aim to provide high-quality astrological guidance, reports, and consultation services. Since our services involve personalized analysis and digital delivery, this Refund Policy explains when refunds can or cannot be issued.

1. No Refund on Completed Services

All astrology consultations, DMIT tests, kundli readings, and digital reports are non-refundable once:

  • The consultation has been completed, or
  • The report / analysis has been delivered, or
  • The DMIT fingerprint data has been processed

Since these services are custom-created for each individual, they cannot be returned or reused.

2. Refunds for Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

A refund may be issued only in these cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Accidental payment of an incorrect amount
  • Payment charged but service not initiated (no data received and no consultation scheduled)

In such cases, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Service Delay

If there is a delay from our side due to:

  • Technical issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Consultant unavailability

We will reschedule the consultation or deliver the report at the earliest possible time.
Refunds are not provided for delays unless the service has not been started at all.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Refund requests will not be accepted if:

  • Wrong birth details or fingerprint details are provided
  • The customer does not respond or delays in providing required information
  • The customer misses the consultation appointment without prior notice

Such situations do not qualify for a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Consultation appointments can be rescheduled once, if informed at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations after appointment confirmation are not eligible for refunds.

7. Final Decision

Astro Advice India reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on this Refund Policy.
